All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
We currently ship to:
1. Domestic: UK mainland-only shipping excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands), and sometimes parts of Scotland.
2. International: Philippines-only. Delivery may take up to 8 weeks.
Shipping is available to major cities and accessible regions within the Philippines. Orders addressed to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas may not be accepted or may be subject to cancellation and refund.
Examples of excluded areas may include (but are not limited to):
Small islands and offshore locations
Mountainous or rural regions not serviced by our courier
If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@katthanna.com within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
